Hi, I’m Kristin Bruns.

I support ambitious women — leaders, entrepreneurs, and high performers — in finding clarity, confidence, and inner calm in the midst of their often demanding lives.

My Story

Since 20+ years, I work in one of the world’s leading consulting firms, an environment defined by high performance, constant pressure, and rapid pace. Throughout this time, I’ve held various international leadership roles, led diverse teams across borders, and coached individuals navigating intense professional challenges.

These experiences shaped my deep understanding of the pressures that come with ambition, responsibility, and constant changeespecially for women in leadership. I saw how easily we disconnect from ourselves while striving to meet expectations. I also saw how vital it is to reconnectwith clarity, with our own voice, and with what truly sustains us.

Eventually, I began to ask deeper questionsnot just about how to lead or succeed, but about how to feel whole while doing so. That personal search led me to holistic health coaching and subconscious work which I’m passionate about sharing with my colleagues and clients like you.

Today, I bring together the best of both worlds: the clarity, structure, and insights from my corporate leadership yearsand the depth, intuition, and transformation that comes through working with the subconscious mind. Because real strength doesn't always come from doing moreit often begins with listening more deeply.

Hypnosis is a powerful and natural method that allows us to bypass the critical mind and communicate directly with the subconscious. This is where deep-rooted beliefs, habits, and emotional patterns are storedand where true change begins.

I integrate selected NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) methods to support communication with the subconscious and shift limiting internal dialogues or beliefs. These tools help you reframe challenges, embody new inner resources, and build emotional flexibility.

In addition, I incorporate subtle energy work to support nervous system regulation, calm emotional tension, and realign your inner system. This part of the work is intuitive and gentle, aimed at reconnecting you with your natural flow and energetic clarity.

I work with a variety of hypnotic techniques, including:

  • Suggestion:
    This foundational technique involves offering positive and empowering messages to the subconscious mind. Suggestions can help shift behavior, reduce stress, build confidence, or even ease physical symptoms. They are particularly effective when you are seeking change but feel held back by inner resistance or self-doubt.

  • Regression / Hypnoanalysis:
    In regression, we gently guide the mind back to earlier experiences or emotional memories to explore the roots of current patterns or challenges. This process helps uncover and release unconscious blocks, offering deep emotional resolution and new insight. It’s a powerful way to understand “why” certain feelings or behaviors arise — and to transform them at the source.

  • Visualisation:
    Using guided imagery and mental rehearsal, visualization helps you create positive internal experiences and emotional states. Whether you want to envision success or overcome fearvisualization anchors desired outcomes in your inner world, making them more accessible in daily life.
