Hi, I’m Kristin Bruns.

My Story

Since 20+ years, I work in one of the world’s leading consulting firms, an environment defined by high performance, constant pressure, and rapid pace. Throughout this time, I’ve held various international leadership roles, led diverse teams across borders, and coached individuals navigating intense professional challenges.

These experiences shaped my deep understanding of the pressures that come with ambition, responsibility, and constant change, especially for women in leadership. I saw how easily we disconnect from ourselves while striving to meet expectations. I also saw how vital it is to reconnect with clarity, with our own voice, and with what truly sustains us.

Eventually, I began to ask deeper questions, not just about how to lead or succeed, but about how to feel whole while doing so. That personal search led me to holistic health coaching and subconscious work which I’m passionate about sharing with my colleagues and clients like you.

Today, I bring together the best of both worlds: the clarity, structure, and insights from my corporate leadership years and the depth, intuition, and transformation that comes through working with the subconscious mind. Because real strength doesn't always come from doing more, it often begins with listening more deeply.
